and build strength
An 8 week course designed to teach you how to PACE yourself for the journey of life.
Teaching proper posture, connecting your breath with fascial release, tools like tennis balls and foam rollers, and mobility exercises, you will learn how to take care of your body.
This course will take you through the whole body,
to dig deeper into the root cause(s) of your pain or
instability, realign your body and build strength
so you can do what you want, whenever you want.
