You push yourself
sometimes by choice,
sometimes by necessity.
you’ve tried therapy and a bunch of classes and they help,
but the tension,
or the pain,
just keeps coming back.
You want to learn a new PACE,
one that suits your body better
But you just don’t know how.
PACE
it’s the before and after.
It’s the prep that your body needs in order to make the gains that you’re looking for.
It's the posture and alignment that your body needs to relieve that pain that has persisted for far too long.
it’s the post workout flow so that you’re not stuck tight after all the hard work you’re putting in
(and it decreases the chance of an injury that sidelines you)
It connects your brain and body so that you can move congruently.
Who is this for:
Mom’s who want to get back to activity postpartum or start a new one, or be able to continue doing what they already are.
Caregivers who spend a lot of time taking care of other people and feel their body tightening up because they aren’t as active as they want to be. Or they have pain as soon as they start to move their body more because of how much time they spend in the same position.
Athletes who pushed themselves too hard in their younger years and feel like they can’t do what they want in their older years.
Young athletes who are pushing themselves hard, pursuing their passion and don’t want to have to deal with an injury.
An 8 week full body deep dive into posture, alignment, corrective exercise and myofascial release (tension and knots in muscles) in order to prime your body to move how you want, whenever you want.
“This fall (2022) I took both the upper and lower body workshops with Jenn McKay, RMT. Jenn is incredibly knowledgeable and very caring. She made the workshops fun and informative and I am still using the exercises at home to help release tension and to strengthen my muscles! Jenn provide hands on, easy but effective exercises as well as written information which I found very helpful. I would highly recommend the workshops!”

“The best gift we as practitioners can give our patients is education on how to help themselves. Jenn’s workshops are designed to help educate by initially increasing self awareness through postural assessment. The program then dives into a holistic approach to correcting any dysfunctions through specific stretching of tight muscles, myofascial release to hypertonic/chronically contracted muscles, and strengthening of weak muscles contributing to imbalances. It’s all tied together beautifully through the integration of proper breathing and mindful awareness of psychosomatic factors that might be contributing. It’s designed for anyone who is ready to take their health into their own hands and wants to have the tools to learn how.”
