Each video is 5-12 minutes. You can do one area at a time, or string a few together for a full-body session. It fits into YOUR schedule—even if that's just a few minutes a day. However, once you start to feel and see some changes, you will most likely want to carve out more time in your day. These techniques multi-task well (sometimes you need a calm environment to get the full nervous system effect, however, something is better than nothing). Got a favourite show you watch each evening? Or a few times a week? Grab your tools and roll for a few minutes and then sit back and relax.
